Osborne's Pro Street is a Wisconsin company based in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. If
you've never been there, to get to Wisconsin Rapids you take Hwy. 39 north to
the Plainfield exit, which is Hwy. 73. Take 73 west for about a half-hour and
you will land in Wisconsin Rapids.
It's a great place, especially if you're a high end builder like Mike Osborne.
Getting there makes for another great trip through the heart of Wisconsin.
Osborne's Pro Street is creating the bulk of the components - frame, swingarms, rims, triple tree, and primary drive. We've been up there several times now checking in on how the pieces look. So far they are awesome! The 3D CAD process Mike uses to cut the rims is especially interesting. When it comes to thinking in 3D space and then getting the software and the CNC to do what he wants, it becomes clear that Mike can do really high end work. With the Bucky Bike rims, it has been interesting because with a "see through" design, words are correct from only one side. So the design has had to evolve to work around the see-through issue.
Here is Osborne's Pro Street website and more of what they do.
